DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5 business days. Orders paid by credit card take 2-3 days for delivery once shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Merchants Courier, DTDC) and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Due to the current COVID situation, the International shipping rates have been revised.
• Please share the sku number or link of the sku you want to order along with the complete shipping address with postal code. We will share the shipping rates applicable.
• International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Maisara Jewelry will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Before you return a Maisara jewelry product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft artisans across India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if you have received the incorrect product. In case you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
a. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email at info@maisara.in to notify us.
b. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
c. If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

1. If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.
2. Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us and supply the tracking information to us.
3. Shipping/ reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping waived off. Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping charge waivers. Payment for additional shipping charges can be made via bank transfer.
PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
•All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
•There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customized orders
REPAIR CHARGES
If any customer damages the product after purchase and if it’s repairable, the repairing cost will be charged from the customer. However any minor repairs will be done free of cost at our end. The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required. Estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by our team.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

Genuine quality issues.

Packages lost in transit.

In case Maisara discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by recipient.

Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

If the customer fails to inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.

In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 25% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
